In compliance with the Prime Minister’s Decree of 3 November, Zaide (27 October) and La traviata (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 November) are suspended.
The “Cura Italia” Decree (n. 18 of 17 March 2020 and subsequent amendments) regulates the refunding method for tickets in case of performances cancelled in the Italian theatres due to the COVID-19 emergency. Article 88 of the Decree establishes that refunds are to be made through “the issuing of a voucher of the same amount as the tickets purchased, to be used within 18 months of issuing” (unless further government deferrals).
The holders of tickets purchased at the Box Office of the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma have the possibility to request the voucher bringing back their tickets there, from October 26 and no later than November 30, 2020.
The holders of tickets purchased on line on Ticketone have the possibility to request the voucher following the instructions on the website https://www.ticketone.it/campaign/covid-19/.
