Born in 1989, he studied choral conducting and orchestral conducting at the Luisa D’Annunzio Conservatory in Pescara. Graduating with honours, he later specialised in children’s choral music with José Maria Sciutto, deepening his training in Sciutto’s pedagogical approach, the “Metodo Globale”. He maintains an intense concert activity and teaches in masterclasses for the training of choral conductors, both in Italy and abroad. Among the major Italian stages on which he has performed are the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome, the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, and the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. From 2015 to 2019 he taught choral singing in pre-academic courses affiliated with the Conservatorio Santa Cecilia in Rome at the “Regina Margherita” Comprehensive Institute. Since 2016 he has been a faculty member of the Scuola di Canto Corale of the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, where he first directed the Schola Cantorum and later the Children’s Chorus. Over the years he has collaborated with renowned conductors such as Muti, Oren, Conlon, Cobos, Mariotti, Renzetti, Gatti, and Rustioni. In 2019 he opened Ennio Morricone’s concerts at the Baths of Caracalla, conducting the world premières of Il Silenzio, Il Gioco, and La Memoria, all by Morricone himself. Since 2017 he has been the conductor of the polyphonic choir Academia Alma Vox (Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering, “La Sapienza” University), with which he has taken part in opera productions and competitions, and recorded soundtracks for films and TV series. Since March 2022 he has been the conductor of the Jewish Choir of Rome “Ha-Kol”, a mixed-voice polyphonic choir which, in nearly 30 years of activity, has represented Italian Jewish culture in international musical events (Israel, the United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Russia, Ukraine). For the Teatro San Carlo in Naples he has served as an external adjudicator for competitions. He previously directed the choirs “Cappella Ars Musicalis”, “Valpescara”, and “Artificio Vocal Ensemble”.
